Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Most orders are processed as soon as possible; however, during periods of high volume, please allow a processing time of up to 3 days. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional questions. 

 Due to the variability of our vendors and styles, we do not have a universal size chart for items. Please visit each product page to get sizing recommendations for that specific product. Feel free to email us for any additional size help.

• Do not submerge the jewelry in water.
• Do not shower with the jewelry pieces, as the non-precious metals could rust.
• Do not swim with costume jewelry, as the chlorine in many pools and heat from hot tubs can cause the paint or plating to discolor.
• Remove the jewelry before cooking or cleaning.
• Use metal sealants on plated metal jewelry that tarnishes.
• Apply lotions, perfumes, hairsprays, or other self-care products before wearing jewelry, allowing them to sink into your hair and skin to avoid transfer.
• Avoid wearing costume jewelry in the shower or at the gym.
