Processing Time:
Typically, we aim to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, it may take a little longer, but we'll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. If there are other delays we foresee, we will post them on our website, so you are aware before purchasing.
Please remember that weather conditions or natural disasters may postpone shipping and delivery.
While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the item to us by our return policy.
International Shipping:
Currently, we're only able to offer shipping within the US.
Tracking Questions:
Unfortunately, we don't have any extra information beyond what you can see with your tracking number when tracking your order. If you're having trouble locating your package after it's been marked as delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors, roommates, or your local mail carrier first. If you're still having trouble, filing a claim with your local post office is the next step. We're happy to help in any way we can, but please remember that once your package is in the USPS system, we're no longer responsible for it.
USPS Lost Package:
In the unlikely event that USPS or UPS loses your package, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution. Just email us at southernbellerenee@gmail.com, and we'll do everything possible to assist you. However, remember that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
