Return Policy

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to return the item to us following our Return Policy.

You are responsible for shipping and handling the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please send your package back to us using the most economical method of your choice. Please note the tracking number on your label. Returns must include a receipt (*please notate receipt with the reason for return), original tags attached, not to be worn or washed, and in perfect condition. 

*Return Shipping will NOT be reimbursed.

Once your package is received, please allow up to 14 business days for your return to be processed. Returns are given STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Returns must be received within 30 days of the order date for a refund or store credit.

All Sales, PRE-LOVED (including owner's closet clean outs), accessory Items (Including jewelry, hair, hats, purses, and cups), seasonal items, handmade/customized items, and mystery bags are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES; IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM, PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER!

Items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE.
